One Piece The World's Strongest Warriors Pirate League
Duration: September 24th to November 14th
What is the Pirate League?
Every season (Normally between two main One piece TCG releases) players who join weekly tournaments hosted at Howayte earn points that get added to a Community Leaderboard. At the end of the season, the top 8 players in the league win prizes such as booster boxes, booster packs and a cool looking Trophy! What makes the League interesting and fun is that random challenges are added in the mix to earn bonus points.
Where do these tournaments happen and how do I register?
All One piece tournaments played during the League will be hosted at Howayte Hobby Store. You will need to have a Bandai TCG+ account and register using the app when attending.
Is this beginner friendly?
The One Piece community is very welcoming and friendly to new players and weekly events are considered semi-competitive. So if you are a complete beginner, consider coming over the weekly Monday casual hangouts to get familiar with the rules and once you feel you know the basics, you can join the league anytime as we run One Piece tournaments on a weekly basis.
Do I need to come weekly?
No. You can participate in any number of tournaments during the season. However if you want to be the top pirate and win the grand prize, will be a good idea to free your schedule for Saturday tournament day.
How are points calculated?
It's simple, unlike our last league where points were based on Standings in the event. We are switching to a Win or Loss point system.
The Points Formula:
Win: 2 Points
Loss: 1 Point
Bonus points are earned during the league with random challenges. If you achieve these you earn more points!
